Ann Kellogg has been a dedicated career REALTOR since 1997. As a true professional, Ann specializes in the sales and marketing of homes in all areas of Des Moines and surrounding communities. Adel, Ankeny, Altoona, Grimes, Johnston, West Des Moines, Waukee, Urbandale, Pleasant Hill, Indianola, and Norwalk are all suburbs where Ann has successfully marketed and sold homes.

Ann has been a consistent top producer. She has been in the million dollar club since 1998 and has been named to the prestigious Master Sales Society and the Des Moines Area Association’s Circle of Excellence Award in recognition of her outstanding performance in the real estate industry.

Personal Information
Ann and her husband of more than 25 years have resided in Des Moines for the majority of their married life. Ann and her husband have three daughters. Katie, her oldest daugher, just recently graduated with a degree in Marketing from Drake University, Kelsey, her second daughter recently received an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from DMACC, our community college, and Megan is attending Johnston High School. She takes great pride in staying very involved in her children’s lives. Because of this involvement, she has a unique “insider’s perspective” on the local schools and has become a valuable resource for those seeking the best for their families.

Her own personal experience in buying homes when transferring with her husband’s career has given her insight into creating the most positive experience in relocating families to new communities. Before becoming a REALTOR? Ann was involved in building two new homes for her family in Urbandale, Iowa and Overland Park, Kansas. In 2001 Ann and her family built a new home with a unique floor plan in the Newport Ridge area of Johnston, Iowa.
